Spolana Neratovice - repair of the vapour condensate pipeline

I&C Energo has successfully completed a mechanical contract in the Spolana Neratovice chemical plant.
That was a repair of the 140 m long vapour condensate main supply pipeline running along the pipe bridge at a height of +6 m from the T2.4 tank to the area of the D2610 -KL building. Due to the acidity and temperature of the pumped medium (acidic environment reaching temperatures of up to 100 °C), the DN80 PN16 pipe route was designed in material version 1.4571, thickness 4 mm.
The pre-production was carried out in the I&C Energo workshops on the premises of the Mělník Power Plant.
