Reserve air-conditioning units for cooling substations at the Dukovany NPP

As a result of winning the tender, I&C Energo a.s. will implement the contract “7306 - Reserve air-conditioning units for cooling substations in the 1-4A23 extension“. The purpose of the work is to ensure sufficient and reliable heat removal from substations in the 1-4A23 extensions in the event of failure of the air-conditioning system. The project includes the processing of documentation, the implementation part in the form of the turnkey delivery and the undertaking of all necessary and required modifications to the affected equipment, structures and systems.

The new equipment must meet the demanding criteria for seismic resistance and is classified in the BT3 security class. The work will be carried out in five sub-units. It is planned to be completed by the end of 2021.
