Replacement of rectifiers and inverters at the Dukovany NPP

I&C Energo a.s., in cooperation with ŠKODA PRAHA a.s., will implement a significant part of the contract 7641 - Replacement of SZN1(2,3,5) rectifiers and inverters at the Dukovany NPP within the scope of documentation, supplies and own implementation.

The purpose of the work is to replace the first category rectifiers and inverters of the secured power supply of the Dukovany power plant in systems 1, 2 and 3 and the rectifiers in system 5 with new types that will ensure safe and reliable power supply of all the first category safety systems of secured power supply. The newly installed SZN1,2,3  rectifiers and inverters will be equipped with data communication to the electrical monitoring system at the Dukovany NPP.

The work is included as a selected device in safety class - BT 2 and BT 3. The subject of the work is subject to the requirements of Decree No. 329/2017 Coll., on requirements for the design of a nuclear facility.

The event will be implemented in twelve sub-units. The completion is planned for 2027.
