Replacement of cables at the end of qualified life in 2025

I&C Energo has succeeded in the negotiated procedure with public disclosure and concluded a contract with ČEZ, a.s. for a tender "Replacement of cables at the end of qualified life in 2025" at the Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant.

The subject of the work is the replacement of KPOSG, KPOBOV/T3, JYTY and 1-CHKE-R cables, which end their qualified service life, for new types of cables manufactured and delivered according to approved technical conditions with a valid qualification protocol for LOCA or HELB events. The subject of the work is subject to the requirements of Decree No. 329/2017Sb. in BT2 and BT3 safety classes.

The implementation of the work will take place in twelve sub-units with planned completion in March 2028.
