Ownership change of the Hungarian branch of I&C Energo

In June 2023, the ownership change process of the Hungarian subsidiary of I&C Energo Magyarország Kft. was completed. Elektrovod a.s. (Mlynské nivy 47, Bratislava - urban district of Ružinov) is the new sole owner.
As of 7 June 2023, this change, including the newly appointed statutory representatives, is registered in the Hungarian Commercial Register.
