Manufacture and installation of a new thermal oxidizer

I&C Energo a.s., in cooperation with HK ENGINEERING s.r.o., has successfully completed the repair of a 3000 m³ thermal oxidizer (combustion unit) of volatile organic substances with recuperation of heat.

The contract was implemented by replacing the old unit with a new one. The actual manufacture of the new unit made of refractory material took place in I&C Energo’s machine workshops at the site of the Mělník power plant. Successful operational tests carried out on site confirmed the quality of the design and the error-free production of the new unit.
