Contract for the implementation of active water disposal systems in the secondary side of the steam generator at the Temelín NPP

I&C Energo won a public contract for the implementation of the "disposal of active water in the secondary side of the steam generator". The subject of the work is the processing of project documentation and subsequent implementation consisting in the installation of systems for the removal of radioactive water from the secondary side of the steam generator and from steam pipelines. The aim is to prevent the spread of radioactive substances in the event of an inter-circuit leakage of the steam generator into the surrounding technological equipment. The implementation will take place during refueling outages from 2022 to 2024.
