Continuous service of the control system in Synthesii

In July, our company signed an important contract, on the basis of which we will carry out long-term after-warranty service of the control system of the new K13 CFB (circulating fluidized bed) boiler at Synthesia a.s. The boiler itself, with an output of 80 tons of steam per hour, is interesting in its design because, in addition to burning a mixture of black and brown coal, it enables co-firing of biomass.

The contract also includes the provision of round-the-clock telephone technical support with guaranteed times for remote or physical service intervention at the customer's site, 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
